Tommy's birthday was on Saturday! We had such a fun time celebrating. I hid hearts around the apartment with notes on them that he found throughout the day. Then I made him dinosaur muffins. His dinosaurs ate the heads off of mine...how rude.
He was very excited for his birthday!
It was such a beautiful day so we went on a walk up to campus and to the bookstore so Tommy could decide what he wanted to buy with his birthday money.
When we got back we went to Seven Peaks water park because we have seasons passes there this year. We had so much fun!
We went out to eat at Olive Garden (thanks to Mom Montoya) which was delicious! Tommy bought an awesome book at a bookstore and then we went to the dollar theater and saw Alice in Wonderland.
On our way home, it was just so nice outside so we rolled down our windows and took a drive up to the fancy neighborhoods at the base of the mountain. Sometimes its just nice to dream. :) It was seriously such a fun day...mostly just because we had nothing we had to do and got to be together all day.
On Fathers Day, (after I tricked him to think I was pregnant for a minute...hehe) we finished our celebrations with a yummy pork chop dinner and birthday cupcakes. We decided to do the cake on Sunday since we went out to eat Saturday.
Then we watched The Count of Monte Cristo (one of his birthday presents).
It was an awesome weekend! We just got to celebrate Tommy the whole time...and if you ask me, he is definitely worth celebrating. :)

I did the pregnant thing to James when Grace was a few months old. It was april fools, and I had a prego friend pee on a test for me. :o) he didn't fall for it for one second. smarty pants.
What a fun day, anytime you get to spend the whole day with someone you love is the best!!!!
